The village is inhabited by a majority of people from the Muslim community and their forefathers had given the Education system prime importance. Thus a school up to the Metric Level was established in the year 1956 fostering good education in Gujarati medium. This helped the youngsters to expand into foreign countries (mainly in Islamic countries of Saudi Arabia and U.A.E.).They in turn felt the need of education in an "ENGLISH MEDIUM". For the communities’ welfare certain well wishers got together and started fund raising and encouraged the public to give donations for an education system in the proposed English medium. The idea was so highly appreciated that it received moral and financial support from all over the country. This noble thought was then translated into a reality and the JAFARY EDUCATION SOCIETY was established in 1981.
In the first phase, a purchase of a ready made built up premises was made from a co-operative society which had abandoned its business activity. The project expenses were Rs. 200,000 (two lakhs) in the year 1984. On these premises English Typing Class was started to help the students acquire proficiency in English and also "typing as a subject in S.S.C" was introduced. This lasted till 1993 and a total of 1000 students including muslim & non muslims were given this training with a view to help them in their further vocation.
In the peak times of 1994, the Jafary English School came into existence which had started the school in the same premises with minor modifications. To cater to the needs of the tiny tots a nursery / kindergarten was launched, year by year each standard was extended and recognition from the Government was obtained until the 6th standard. (L.K.G, U.K.G., Std. I to Std. VI th)
It is with gratitude and humility to thank The Almighty Allah that the Jafary Englsih School has completed 6 years of relentless & successful effort towards 8 classes. Till this stage sustainment of many ups and downs has been witnessed but the motto remained unaltered "marching on against all odds”

In the end we pray the Almighty Allah trough the Blessings of Imame Zamana (a.t.f.s) to bestow all of us sufficient strength and courage towards a cause of goodness for humanity and provide us naake taufiquat.
